healthy food

Today is exactly 1 week already since i start to have a diet. it's not like a strict diet. but i feel more light and found out i loss 2 kgs in 1 week. Eat healthy food, try to eat less sugar as possible. i order a healthy meals for my lunch and dinner, start to eat at 9 am and eat last at 5 pm. This not a strict diet, since i enjoy the meals and i enjoy to have a light exercise (like walk 15 minutes after lunch at the office). loss weight is a bonus!

i think this time for me to focus on this program. i have few things to achieve after i lose some weight.
