hi, Our indian cricket having extraordinery talent. this is undoubtedly the truth. senior batsman s are occasionally prove themselves as they exist as batsmans in the past. but not yet present. But regularly our indian selectors are giving to seniors a chance on the basis of past performance. Presently they already forget about the basics of batting techniques. Still they are taking and learning techniques from some age old cricketers. This we had seen in the tour of south africa. This is also not giving success. Indian selectors, coach has to visit the each and every place of india to recognise the talented cricketers. Given them an opportunity to play for indian cricket team. If senior players are not performing well , then don't select them. Like tendulkar performing well in the past days. But presently he is not coming up to the mark of expectations of indian cricket fans. He continued in the team only on the basis of past performance. Not on the present performance. Give him an opportunity to prove himself , other wise selectors give an opportunity to young guys. Young guys also played good than tendulkar. If tendulkar is out for 10 runs. Young guys prove they could batted well like 30 runs extra than tendulkar. Age old crickters has to be removed in to our team. if they prove well in the domestic cricket, then only they could select. like saurav. This principle has to be applled to all the cricketers including dravid, sehwag, kaif, even tendulkar, then only our cricket will be facing great grand victories. Individual growth is not important, but countrys prestige is important . thnkq
