A group of volunteers in Long Branch New Jersey worked together to clean up the beaches on Saturday April 12 which resulted in items ranging from vampire teeth, rubber feet and other items that would look back for beach goers who swim in the Atlantic Ocean feel sick having to swim in a beach that is loaded with junk.
The group is called Clean Ocean Action that have been working on cleaning the beaches in New Jersey since 1985.
I praise these volunteers who are doing a wonderful job getting rid of junk at a beach since going to a beach should be a fun experience.

That is very nice thing to do. We had spring days in the suburbs of Riga Latvia where we were asked to clean up our surrounding area,

I praise them also. A lot of sea animals pay the price for people's laziness and lack of care.

This is a really great effort!
In India too, we have NGOs and other citizens' action group doing their bit to clean up rivers and seas.
Yet I am surprised to hear that even in US, people leave behind garbage on the beaches and do not care to dispose them off to a proper garbage bin.
Or do some beaches need more garbage bins to take care of all such stuff?

Some people in the U S do not care to obey the rules of throwing trash in the containers.

Perhaps, these volunteers should go into the schools, talk to the students there, and change the kid's mindsets at an early age, not to junk out the beaches with their rubbish too. The disease of dropping junk everywhere must be healed at its source, if possible.

You are right since junk on a beach affects everyone.
