I haven't been to McD's in a long time. Went today and ordered a Big Mac...OMG...what in the world have they done to the Big Mac? It was awful!!!! The burgers were as thin as the pickles. It was just awful...not to mention Expensive! My boss used to send me to get Big Macs BOGO free. They were so good. Thank goodness for good Fries!
It looks like Tom will be home tomorrow. He said the doctor told him he didn't need stents that all was good, but still having that A Fib. Can't wait to go get him. Met the neighbors across the street. They asked how Tom was doing. Been decades since I lived in a REAL neighborhood.

I got their fries today, too. Sorry your bigmac wasn't any good.I got a burger from them, too. But mine was as good as ever.

I have never been a huge fan of the Big Mac as McDonald's goes. For me, 99% of the time I get the Quarter Pounder. I used to always eat the doubles, but my appetite has changed a bit over the years. It's touch and go. Sometimes it's good, other times it's dry. It is what it is. The weird part to me is that ever since McDonald's changed its model and now makes to order, the quality of the food has gotten worse.

@Ghostlady I still enjoy Burger King, but I will admit quality has gone down quite a bit, and my biggest complaint is usually the condition of their stores. Always filthy and nasty. Just makes you not want to eat there.
If we ever get gyros, we always go to a place known for them. Our favorite place is a small shop across town run by a wife and husband. Great food and friendly service. It can't be beat.

@porwest Same here but thought we'd give it a try. Last time we had Gyros was at a Greek restaurant. They were awesome and the fries there were awsome as well.

Totally agree. Used to love Burger King, but they did away with the grill and hasn't been very good since. Plus the burgers keep getting thinner. LOL We had Gyros last night from Arbys...Pretty good, and price was good as well...2 for $7.
