Pudina (mint leaf) chutney

I am expecting guests tomorrow and have asked them to stay for lunch. I will ccok raw jack fruit, make pancakes to go with it, and my famous sweet pulloa for which I always make this mint leaf chutney Mint leaf to which I add jaggery, onion, tamarind, green chilli and ginger is ground to a paste. That sounds like a tasty meal. I love mint chutney with samosa and sometimes with dosa too.

The chutney that we make for dosa is with coconut, curry leaf and coriandere leaves.

@allknowing that's the usual combo. The mint chutney goes well with it. Add some tomato chutney and you have a tricolor chutney combination
