I have written about this and said that it required repair. When my maid arrived I discussed this with her and then she tells me that there was only one seed and just tendrils Tendrils have no taste and now I know what was wrong with my dish . I have to make a major repair with it but I have no time. I have forzen the stuff and later when I have more time I will take care of it - may be just throw it out. I had a bread fruit that I have now cooked and it is in ship shape condition when it comes to the taste - perfect.

It is a shame if you have to throw it, but it happens to have cooking problems once in a while.

Once in a while, every cook has a "problem" that is easier to throw away than it is to "repair"... No shame in throwing away something that is just bad. It happens to us all.

I stepped it just to give the finishing touches to the dish in that the maid had cleaned the jack fruit and shredded it but never told me it had only tendrils and no fruit .

@allknowing Oh, I see... I'm sorry she didn't tell you. You wouldn't have made it if you'd known.

@DaddyEvil Since she had shredded it I did not see the lack of fruits in there
