Rescuers in California catch a loose goat

A male Anglo-Nubian goat who was seen wandering in the Valencia Park neighborhood in San Diego California on Wednesday morning April 9 summoned 12 officers with the San Diego Humane Society (SDHS) to use a plastic orange fence to guide the goat who was in a grassy hill to get the goat to a waiting livestock trailer safely.
The goat was taken to the SDHS Escondido Campus where the employees are hoping to reunite the goat with his owner soon.

This goat was lucky he was not roaming about in my city.
He would have been captured and slaughtered and eaten.
Price of meat in shops has increased and now ordinary people cannot afford to buy meat.
I have not had meat for 3 or 4 months.

I am in agreement with you since harming a goat is not in the rescue mission of animal control officers.
