I thought it would not form

I normally make curds just for the house but I am expecting guests today and though of increasing the quantity I had already added milk to the curd starter enough for us and then remebered the guests much later They are expected today. I poured more milk and was not sure if pouring more milk hours after the first lot would in anyway hamper the forming of curds. The first thing I did this morning the moment I got up is to check if the curds had set and yes they have set beautifully. My day started well.

Congratulations! I'm glad the curds set even if you did add the milk much later.

I am happy that it worked well..a happy start of the day. You are lucky. Generally adding extra milk later will hamper the setting of the curd.
