Warm Day

It already feels good this morning outside. But I have to spend part of it in town. Hubby has an eye appointment and they are going to dilate his eyes. So I need to drive him home.
I hope to get some things set up to transfer some of those onion starts to this afternoon. I will fill some of my milk crates with hay and straw from the barn. Then top with dirt. That will let them grow very easily. Others will be moved to my troughs and I can plant green beans around them.

I hope the eye appointment goes well today.
It is already at 61F at 9:20 am and is supposed to reach 80F by late this afternoon. (I'm afraid it will be warmer than that, though. We hit 85F yesterday afternoon and had to turn the air on in the house.) It is cloudy today, though, so I guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens.
Either today or tomorrow we'll see a guy from OACAC who is coming to install a new exhaust fan/light in our bathroom. That will be nice.
I did get out in the yard a little bit yesterday but just to check on what plants came up and to pick up the trash can that the storms knocked down a couple of days ago. I also watched the people from the garage come and get our car for repairs.

It did. He is complaining about the sun.
We made it to 78 today. Very nice outside.
Glad they got the car. Hope this will fix it for some time now.

@wolfgirl569 I don't doubt it. I complain about the sun being too bright all the time.
We're at 76F and I turned the air on again. It's 5:10 pm now and I'm getting hungry. Time for lunch.

@DaddyEvil It's because they dilated his eyes. He will be getting his cataracts removed
I am about ready for a Klondike bar. Picked some up on the way home.
I always do that. Some things can wait

Can I ask please what dilate the eyes is?
I need to go back after my last eye exam showed some cholesterol in my head.

It makes the pupils easier to check out. He has cataracts

@Ineeddentures He was told that 3 years ago. In that time they have gotten worse. They will be removing them soon

They did mention cataracts to me too but said that could wait.
