Good morning myLot

Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 53 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is 75. Sweet! I left the windows open overnight and it is a bit chilly in here but nothing crazy.
I woke up at like 2am but was able to go back to sleep until 7. Oh this weekend is going to be rough trying to get back onto a normal sleep schedule. Ugh. Oh well just 7 more weeks until summer break. 
That's when the sleep schedule doesn't matter at all.
In any case I'm up. I had a bowl of fruit salad for breakfast. My body is craving fruit. I want to make a batch of Skinnytaste's high-protein egg bagels because I have some cottage cheese to use up. I do a mashup of the high-protein egg bagel and high-protein bagel recipes as one uses yogurt and one uses cottage cheese. I use both. 
You'd never know that there was cottage cheese in there.
I don't have any big plans for the day. I was considering going to Trader Joe's since I have the time but the fridge is full and I don't get paid again for another 2 weeks so it really isn't necessary. I'll get there eventually--probably after the homebound tutoring ends which is like the first week in June.
So I'll just hang here with the Cat Crew, catch up on the news, take some stuff out to the dumpster, get up to some kitchen projects, etc. The usual. Fine with me.
What's everyone else up to today?

I delivered my brother’s subs to him (he actually came over to the restaurant I’m eating at and picked them up…that was half an hour ago and I’d imagine he’s eaten all four by now ). I need to stop by the grocery and pick up a few things.

Good morning... It is 60F in my part of Missouri this morning and the forecast says we'll reach 78F today. But the forecast also claims it is sunny outside and all I can see is clouds in the sky. We have a 70% chance of rain/storms today so we'll have to wait and see if the temp really reaches 78F or not. (I'm betting it won't reach that high.)
We have a guy coming over this morning to put in a new exhaust fan/light in our bathroom. And I'd like to get back outside before it starts raining and see if I can get some of the flowerbed cleaned out. I didn't feel like working with it last summer so it got overgrown with weeds and grass. I need to get all that cleared out again. I'm also going to pull all the mint out of the flowerbed that Pretty planted there the last couple of years. The mint is trying to take over and I still want the flowers to bloom and look good in there.
As far as I know, we don't have anything else going on today.
