Sarah Huckabee Sanders is now begging Trump for FEMA disaster aid

Oh look at that. Republicans in red states were all for getting rid of FEMA. . . until they need assistance for dealing with a natural disaster. Like these states deal with tornadoes, hurricanes, and floods every year and rely on federal assistance to recover but they voted for someone who wants to eliminate FEMA. Their representatives and senators also regularly vote against assistance for blue states--like when Superstorm Sandy landed right here where I live back in 2012. Trump's former press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders is now the governor of Arkansas. They had major storms last month and massive damage due to tornadoes. The state applied for disaster assistance via FEMA and Trump denied it. Trump. Denied. It. He refused to provide federal aid to a state that voted for him and whose governor used to lie every day on the regular on TV for him. It is incredible that these people think that he cares about them. It is even more incredible that they salivate at the idea of dissolving FEMA and that they would vote for him again. I say just let those states secede from the US and fend for themselves.
