Big AT&T Problems

Sometime late Friday night our DSL and cell phones started messing up. The DSL is unusable. It doesn’t stay on long enough to do anything. We can’t always make calls or receive them. Texts come through delayed. Sometimes not even in the same day they were sent and texts have completely disappeared before we can read them. AT&T has been jerking us around. We are so frustrated and angry. Just wanted to let you know why I am not here much. We can hotspot sparingly when phones work.

Look into seeing if you qualify for fiber internet. It's offered through att and works quite well. downtime is minimual.

We also had similar problem with our previous provider so we decided to have a backup just in case. After having a good experience with he new provider, we then decided to discontinue the service of the former.

AT&T used to be a good company. I worked for them in the mid-70s and early 80s. So you don't have any other options in your area that just AT&T?
Just to comment on what Kayla said-- We used to have the fiber internet, but with another company. It was great but I felt it was way too expensive.

That has to be so frustrating especially all the issues with the phone and texts. Hope it gets fixed quickly
