I truly don't get it--the dog will be here again tonight

I understand that Whiskey has massive separation anxiety and my former neighbor is nuts about the dog. I get it. When she lived up here (where Smoky McSmokerson now lives) I had no issue with grabbing him when I got back from work to have him stay until she got back. She moved and I was fine with watching him on weekends when she had 12 hour shifts. She moved back into the complex a few months ago and yes I was fine with watching him when I'm around. Like he was here literally 4 days in a row. She moved a good 20-25 minutes away yesterday. I'm happy for her to get out of that bad situation. She just texted and asked if I wanted to hang with Whiskey for a couple of hours tonight. First of all I love how she always phrases it like she is doing me a favor to watch her dog. Secondly--wut? You're driving 25 minutes to drop your dog here? She must be going out somewhere around here. The hilarious thing is she can't invite me to go along since she needs me to watch the dog. Oh well. Charlie will be happy. Maybe she will take my garbage bag out to the dumpster as a thanks. She did a couple of days ago.

I am waiting for you to say ''NO'' to her...just to see what she does/says if you do. Will she show up with him anyway? Will she try tears, or scream? No, she will probably find another source, which she needs to do. It's a good thing she doesn't have actual human children--I can hear it now....hey, you want to hang out with little Tommy tonight? Oh, and the dog of course...and no mention of payment. I hope she doesn't have children any time soon.

@MarieCoyle I think she has a dog now but adopted it as an adult or took it from the boyfriend's parents place. Her daughter is smart and never babied Whiskey the way that her mother does.

@NJChicaa Oh boy, is her daughter like she is? Hopefully doesn’t have pets!

I'd get tired of being her dog sitter. But I'm not all that fond of dogs and being allergic to furbabies doesn't help, either.

It isn't any work as the dog just chills and plays with Charlie.

She is just so fortunate that you are so accommodating and haven't got sick of minding him - yet.
