So everyone pretty much knows that I run Fire Women Creations.
I'm a small business that really isn't a business. I don't have any licenses or tax info that a business would need.
I'm trying to figure out what exactly I'll need to make it official.
Does anyone here run one?
How did you start it up?

Yes, I had a business which I started in 2022 but had to close it because I was assigned in a another place. I don't have anybody to manage the business so I decided to close I might be charged of taxes and penalties. In our place, we registered the name of the business in the Department of Trade and Industry and with the Bureau of internal Revenue.

I know that's a couple things that I'll need to do as well. There's somewhere I can go to help with the filing part.

Yes I used to teach Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship. I am a retired College Professor. You need to get a local or state business license depending on where you live and if you decide to incorporate. You would get a tax ID# for your business after it's been set up.
