Cloudy and chilly out there

I went for a walk, and it's cloudy and a bit chilly out there. My "new route" seems to be going out the side of the apartment complex, around to the front until I get to the dirt path, and then down the dirt path until I get to the second gate back into the apartment complex. I generally go in the second gate because that one is closest to the mailbox bank where my mailbox is.
Just out of curiosity I checked my mailbox when I came in the gate, but nothing there yet--which I should have figured since it wasn't even noon when I looked.
Now I need to finish a chat with someone, and then get lunch.

Yes all is well here.
Been a quite warm and sunny day and I was out on the sun too long and my head and face are a bit sun burned.
It's got a bit cooler now it's 11pm but my face is still quite hot,

That sounds ok.
Sometimes I am still eating what was cooked for Xmas on New Years Eve.
