Still Winning on the Scratch-Off Lottery Tickets

I wrote a couple of weeks ago about discovering a new $5 scratch off lottery ticket here in Kentucky called "Bourbon Trail." The attached photo has nothing to do with the post. It's a photo I took a couple of weeks ago of the formal dining room on the cruise ship styled like a gondola in the water after Venice. I've won over $100 and am still $50 ahead. The last few I bought have won just enough to pay for themselves, but that's fun too. That way I get to keep playing. I've also bought a Powerball ticket for Saturday night's drawing. I think it might be a jackpot of around $120 million. I could sure use that money. We don't buy MegaMillion tickets now that they went to $5 each earlier this month.

Looks like they spent a few bob on that one! I seldom do lotteries or scratchcards. For the Eurolottery, it is £2.50 to play, about $4, I guess. I can spend that on chocolate!

120 million. Wow. I think 1.2 million would do me but I will never win a lottery because I don't buy tickets and neither does my wife Yvonne. Good luck to you, and one day I hope you win a decent amount of money
