No, the Trump Administration did NOT deport a two year old.
The two year old was born (illegally) in the USA and is a United States Citizen.
The mother was being deported for being here illegally. She had the kid with her. She could have left the kid here with its dad or other family members or friends but she insisted on having the baby with her when she was deported.
The media distorts the truth by making it look like the U.S. Government went after and deported a two year old child. That's just not how it happened.
My advice: Be sure to read the full article, not just the headline, and then read 2 or 3 more article on different news sites about the same story. Only that way will you get some semblance of the truth.

Isn't it just such a shame that it is only the Trump administration that has false stories written about them online.
I mean ALL of the stories about Canada being such a terrible and useless neighbour HAVE to be true based on this conclusion.
Just because it is online never means it is true.
People use online articles as proof when in fact they are just words published in 1 location and there is no truth serum to the world wide web.

Naturally there is misinformation about Canada, other countries, other topics, etc. It's not just about Trump.

There were news stories abounding last week that the 50501 protests were going to be “targeted” by the FBI, ICE, and other agencies at protests over the weekend. Never happened.
There were countless news stories about how there was going to be martial law enacted on April 20th. Never happened.
FDR famously said, “The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.” Fearmongering is a powerful weapon that both sides use (“illegal immigrants are eating your cats”). The truth has little to no chance.

Yes I knew that was BS right away. They are on a smear campaign as usual. But they are with everything all the time. They ought to be banned ..

The media really do twist the truth to suit their own agenda.
It happens here as well quite a lot.
The UK Government tried to do a hatchet job on the Scottish National Party by accusing the last two leaders of various wrong doings.
Both leaders accused of wrong doings resigned and both were either found not guilty of all charges in court or no prosecution took place.
The media were obviously agents of the UK Government.
