I think it's going to be the one I showed you with the tiny gas stove.
But..of course, there are numerous snags going on, too many to mention here.
I am furious about them too, as the people I am dealing with just don't get it.
Not at all.
I have one more showing tomorrow for another one that I have been trying to get to see for months now.
They are income restricted apartments, virtually brand new, and much in demand. (actual rendering of the apartments in the photo)
The ones in the office are so cagey and act like they own the place, so in the end, I had to call corporate office higher ups to get the lowlies in the property office to show me an apartment.
Now let's see if they show up even for the showing on Monday afternoon and if they will be awake by that time.
I know this all sounds very bizarre, but that is how people are behaving with me and how I must relentlessly overcome their obstacles.
No picnic I tell you.
So that's that for now.
Tomorrow is another guess.
Only about 6 to 8 wks left here to go.

Thats crazy that you have to jump through so many hoops just to see that apartment. I can imagine how frustrating it must be

Yes I know what their game is..the staff in the office are trying to pick and choose who gets the apartments according to their family and color. This is fact around here. Sad but true.

Hope you get the 2 million one! But that's a nice looking apartment building.
