I have decided not to sell any mangoes this season but use them for making different things - ice cream, jam, curry and ofcourse eat them.
This ice cream recipe seems easy to follow. I will have to get all the ingredients requried The mangoes that we harvested are getting ripe and I can make my ice cream soon

I forgot to say in that other post that I have also used Mango in Curry. It absolutely adds a totally different level of sweetness.

Here ripe mangoes are used to make a mango curry but when it comes to using a mango in another curry they are normally green. Here is my mango curry
