In Lauwersoog, Netherlands Witje the seal is enjoying swimming in the waters of his new home. He is a 4-month-old gray seal that was rescued after being orphaned. Poor thing had a swollen flipper and damaged eye. Now he is swimming in the cool clear water of the nine new tanks at the WEC or World Heritage Center. The center treats about 200 seals a year. Wageningen University in the Netherlands counted around 24,000 seals in the Wadden Sea.

I like seeing the heals in the harbors when we cruise to some locations.

That's so nice that this centre helps injured seals.
