Oliver, the New Cat, Hasn't Eaten Anything Since We Brought Him Home

The Rescue Animal Shelter told us that he might not eat for 3 days due to being rehomed and acclimating to a new environment. He's as comfortable and happy as can be. He sleeps with us. He lets us pet him and pick him up and brush him. He is drinking water and peeing in the litterbox. But he hasn't eaten yet. Today's the third full day. A cat can go a while without eating, so we're not terribly worried, and we realize he'll eat when he gets hungry, but it just doesn't make sense as to why he wouldn't want to eat given that he's so otherwise well-adjusted here with us.
