Do you like Star Trek. I think its brilliant. It seems futuristic with ideas like transporters and nano technology but if you look back at the original with Willioam Shatner and crew they used things that hadnt even been heard of in the 60's and are now in regular use like scanners and hypo sprays and communication devices.
Will we ever have the technology they show on Star trek. What piece of currently non exixtant technology would you like to have. Me- Id have a food replicator so I dont have to cook and a transporter or shuttle so Im not stuck in traffic anymore.

its all science fiction no matter how you percieve it. but so was 20 thousand leauges under the sea by jules vern written before subs were here. how about issac issinoff (spelling) robots computers oh my look how far we have come since the fifties. tv's late 40's smallest computer in 50's was three city blocks with thousands upon thousands of tubes.well you might not know what that is lol guess got a little carried away here but since there's not always intelligent life around here, wish scotty could beam me up sometimes lol. so in answer to your question guess i do like star trek...

Yes i like the Technology they have in it. I've only seen a few of Star Trek and yes it looks cool. The only think is i don't like the film similar to Star Wars. The fighting is so confusing and i do not think i'll ever like it. As you have said just the technology they have is cool.
