who gives indications to me in order to transfer the mail of outlook express?

The easiest way is to simply copy them onto a floppy disk. Make a couple of folders, one each for emails and contacts. Open the contacts folder and select all the contacts, then you can drag and drop them onto the floppy disk. Now do the same with your emails. You can drag and drop them back after you have reinstalled Windows. I do this with my contacts in Outlook.

There is an option to export your Address Book and Contacts from Outlook in an .xls file, save that file on a CD or a FDD and then, or another hard-drive (assuming that you don't have only one partition) after you reinstal your OS import them back in Outlook.
