Does anyone know how to make your own Smilies on MSN?

SMILIES - i want to know how to make these for myself for MSN messanger

Id like to know as im kinda good at that sort of stuff and i would like to make some of my own does anyone know how to make them or what programs i need to do these:p Thanks in advance for your help:)
