deleting photos and what not

I wonder has anybody else had a problem getting an answer from "my lot support"? I wrote them a week ago asking how to delete photos that I wanted to, and still now answer. Are they that lax??

I never hear from them. I had emailed 4 separate times about MyLot issues, and never heard from them.
