i am a very shy person and i come from a very conservative family. now i want to get over this shyness . because in this competitive world there i no place for shyness. i have lost a lot due to my shyness . i never spoke to a girl when i had to.
so please anyone help me get out of the this. give me suggestion.

i think you had better give you more courage and to mommuniate with other pepole as much as you can!

This is a hard one mahi, shyness is a part of who you are! But you have to work really hard if you want to be able to face this, start off with small things, and use each one as a stepping stone towards at least being comfortable in certain situations. Good luck!
