Do you think A.D.D. is a cop out?

my twins have it and i dont believe its a cop out ,they are adults now and are better,but when they were young they were on ritaline i hated it,it made my daughter eat like a bird,we took them off of it when he got out of the milatary,and i heard some people say they thought a.d.d. WAS A COP OUT IT MADE ME MAD

i do not think that it is a cop out. i know that add and adhd are real. i think that it gets a bad rap sometimes though.

My twin brother and I have ADD when we were kids we were on ridilin and we were taught how to control it so we did not have to take medicine I would never put either one of my daughters on ridilin mainly because I was 50 pounds until I was like 13 and until I got pregnant with my first daughter I weighed 95 pounds and I am now just at a healthy weight...
