Does anyone know of other good advertising besides Google Adsense?

I have used adbrite, clickbooth, commission junction, bidvertiser and maybe a few others, none really as good as google. The problem with adbrite is the ads arent related. The other ones dont pay per click or per 1000 impressions. can anyone recommend some?
