It is in script stage right now, but they have signed on Robert Downey Jr. as Ironman/Tony Stark. It is budgeted at 75mil. Scheduled to come out in May 2008. I have some doubts about Downey. Not sure if he is the right guy for the roll. If he is not then it wouldn't be the first bomb of Marvel Comics, eg. THE INCREDIBLE HULK

Terrence Howard is said to be playing War Machine. This is going to be one really good movie.
