There is no magic formula for learning a new language - it requires time, energy, and patience. There are, however, some techniques which will make your language study more efficient and thus help you to learn French more quickly. The two main aspects to language study are learning and practicing, and they go hand in hand. Memorizing vocabulary words won't do you any good if you are unable to use them, so you have to supplement your studies with practice. Take a class. If you don't want to attend a language school, there are almost certainly some reasonably-priced French classes available at your local community college or adult education center.Work on the basic vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, and verb lessons in my French for Beginners section. You can choose between studying with the checklist (for a logical study order) or by topic.

becaue you are not trying hard enough , really put some effort into it , and it will be easy. try watching movies in french , with subtitles in englsh or whatever language you understand , fun is the best way to learn. and by the way if you want a scientific answer, the degree of hardness of a language to learn depends on your original language. an italian person would find learning french easier than english because they are similar languages and in fact a large number of italians are fluent in both languages. for someone whose first language is , say chinese , french would appear very difficult and english would appear easier mainly because english is used more all over the world, and because french has so many more grammatical rules than english, although syntax and structure in english are not easy topics, but usually they are taught only to advanced studyers, while a student of french must take on all the french language's grammar and silent letters etc etc
