As an Indian we can't say in favour of our country. It is better to be heard from other country members. So wait for some time for a good remark from other member. To me the best culture is to be decided on subject wise. On the dress code or devouting to the tradition is Japanese advantage. On the understanding between people in the society or marriage customs it is India at the top.
