Young and stupid!

I was like 16 when i met this guy his wife at the time intarduced us! about 2 months later I started getting feelings for this guy and he the same keep in mind he had 2 kids a wife and was 25 me 16 . We ended up messing around! now almost 10 years later they are not together and he has the kids with his girlfriend! His ex-wife has asked me to go to court for her to get the kids back because they are being mistreated! I have informed her of everything that happened between him and I over the years and now she want's to use it agenst him! Should I do it or not! him and I don't talk anymore! I am getting married! Can anyone help me deside on what would be the right thing to do????
