ABC Data Solutions, It is Legal?

I found it on internet. It is a web based work at home data processing located at Netherlands. Does anybody here have an idea if it is legal?

I think it is. Their rates are very low, and they encourage applicants to work from outside oDesk, for example. They don't want to go through oDesk system but they post their jobs there. Very sneaky.
