I got this from one of my friend..and he also dont know what it is..
I have been trying to solve this for a month! I need someone alot smarter then I.
Any help or at least a clue? It should be a clue to a location!

u stumped me, i thought i was a really good puzzle solver, i am part of the da vinci online club, they give you puzzles to solve every day, solve one and than u go to the next, i'll post this one in our community, i think some1 will knw what to do!!!
