Get plenty of rest and keep 800 mg Ibuprofen in your desk :)

Go to Tirupati(a place famouse for shaving off the head in India) and shave off your head.Then apply silver paint to head.

take rest and try to relax yourselves by just closing your eyes.
if you dont have sinus problem then go for ice pack at the back of your neck.
For some people it may due to hungry.so try to take some food.you might have missed the food time due to official stress.
