EMPLOYER CHEATING!

Hi, well i have been working for any event management company and unfortunately landed up in a firm of rogues and cheats, it all started with delayed payment, partial payments, then cheque bounces with the company vendors and then this continued with my salary/payments too, when i discussed this with my company director he advised me that the company was going through a ruff patch and asked me to hang on. Later i got to know that the rough patch was only meant for new employes and they themselves enjoyed a lavish life stlye. Since our judicary system is sad it would take a whole life if i have to get into legal sysytems due to alot of corruption too. Now i am thinking of starting my own event management firm but short on resources, any idea how i could get investors or make more money?
