Which religion do you practice?

I don't follow any Religion, but just being nice to people is the best thing I can do in my life.

I'm an atheist. I think religion is a bad idea if your plan is to grow and evolve. I'm not sayin i foud the best way.. but i'm tryin'. There are some positive things.. about each religion.. of course.. but the beliefs of most religions discourage the evolution of the human spirit. That's my conclusion.
