Is It a MUST to give the delivery man TIPS?

I wonder really,
when they say delivery for free and then you pay tips for the delivery man, why?!?!!

I worked for domino's a few months ago and I learned just how much the persons that deliver our convience foods struggle to make ends meat doing so. At the domino's that I worked at the drivers started out at minimum wage which is till 5.15'hr where I live. They also got a portion of the delivery fee we charged which came to 1.25 per delivery. With an 8 hour shift they made about 80 which isn't bad untill you look at the cost of gas. I always tip even when the delivery isn't free. It isn't a must but unless they are rude even a few cents like the change from your 19.23 pizza is a help.

Some delivery men are doing so.
because here in egypt they take very low wages, so they depend on the tips.
So,
they ask you as if it's their right to take a tip from you.

Asking directlly for a tip is rude you should contact the business about it and complain.
