Any suggestions on how to make a resume stand out, or any great job hunting tips?

make it a bright coulor send it in the day before the deadline telephone the company ask them if they have recieved it, tell them its coulor, then from being at the bottom of the pile it will go to the top therefore at least it will be read good luck
