I make jiu-jitsu the 5 years

im black belt in karate-do and i also the brown belt in jiu jitsu,i also learnd Silat(malay martial art)and i finished it when i was 14 years old,eventhough im expert in karate and silat but the martial art that effective most for me is muay thai..as martial art expert at age 25,i would say muay thai is the best martial art in human history..
