Absolutely fantastic. There's many organs that can be used beyond the heart/lung etc. Little one's like eye cornea's that go a long way to improving someone's sight. You can have a big impact on someone elses life.

I think it is definitely a good thing. It is serving a very important purpose for somebody who may need it.
