Is it correct to say that the intelligence of people in different regions and countries is vastly different? If not, how do you explain that most the earth shaking modern discoveries were made in a few select regions and countries and all the other countries just copy them.

"Necessity is the mother of invention".societies,in which one is forced to think,to solve the problems, intelligence is found to be more.Generally,it is found that children of ntelligent people are intelligent. If one of the parents is intelligent,it may be either way. That is it depends on genes,to a certain extent, and on the circumstances,in others. The food we take in childhood, also contributes to braian development.
Hardworkers, who need not think, generally are less intelligent, but phsically intimidating.People who have to use both brain and brawn will be good in both.I presume,it depends on the usage. One might have heard the saying "use it or lose it"!
