My neighbor has complained about my child being too aggressive?

My neighbor has complained that my child is too aggressive and disturbs other children in the park. what should be done to tackle this problem? I don't want to be harsh with my child.

kick his butt hehe i dont know, maybe you need to be a little bit harsher, but not mean or anything, to let him know that his behavior is not going to be tolerated
