My sis is a nutrition student, and she always advises me even if she is younger to me, i ask her advice she it benefits me, she says to me to avoid the junk and transfat foods especially from mcdonalds, which is too bad for your health, and results all kinds of health probleems.

Not too often, but when I do....watch out, I cannot stop. I eat tacos and pizza. And cookies and cakes.
