I do believe in positive affirmations. It helps reprogram your way of thinking. If you think in negative way often, then negative thinking can manifests itself into physical, mental, and emotional illnesses/diseases. Everyday, I say at least one affirmation, "Everyday in every way, I get better and better." This affirmation is proven to improve your health.

Yes I do. I don't know how it works. But most time I think positive only positive things happens in life. Also, when I think negative too much negative things happens.
When I thought I would fail in all things my friend told me to say this to myself as far as possible.
"Everyday in everyway I am getting better and better"
When I feel very weak I say to myself
"By the power of Grace God I have the power" and say Thank God. This is one of the biggest affirmation I say to myself.
"What you believe is what you are" I read it somewhere and really believes it.
I think the best positive thinking to do is visualizing what we wanted as many times as we can.
