Hard working or Smart working??? / myLot

can u think smart! - work hard think smart!

i think smart working, according to today's scenario, people are getting witty, ideas sells, even we people r working on an idea which is making money for the coordinator, no doubt he is giving us the money,but what he is getting is only of his idea, we are doing the rest hardwork for peanuts?? ur view.............

the most smart working people will move up in life, take biographies of many people and you will find answer to this question, but you have to hard work also, but "only hard work means labour" and "Smart work means Manager"

i am very much with u, u caught my words, managing people is a smart work, thr also u have to do work hard but u can do it smartly! thank you, do we have any other example of that!
