Should you have to learn there language to move to a different country?

Why or why not? WHat are your views? WHat have you seen happen?
I feel, if you move to the US , learn English.
If you move Mexico , Learn spanish.
If this is going be to home, Learn there language.

you should learn it yes...only because how are you going to communicate otherwise? i live in california, usa and we have a lot immigrants from mexico. some places will not hire them ,even with a legal immigration status, because they need english speaking workers. i would not want to live anywhere if i could not speak the language.
