cure for AIDS

What is the real solution of washing out AIDS from our planet.
Can a medicine do the job. Is there any other option.

I think there is only one cure to this disease. We should inform all the planet and even the married couples use protection during their making love. So, (sad to say so) the ones that already have the disease are going to pass away without infecting anyone else.
