i really need your help... i want to loose wieght in one week.... what are other alternatives to loose weight???? im 5'8 feet tall,90kls... what are the best ways in loosing weight?? how to loose inches in your waist and etc... pls help me. i want to loose weight cause im applying abroad as a factory worker.. all i want is the easiest way plsss help me.....wat fud should i eat,what execise shud i do and etc....
