Between sunday and sarturday which one is the true sabbath

The bible tells us to rest and worship the Lord on the sevethday of the week and according to our calendar the sevethday happens to be saturday.So l wonder why we people rest and worship the Lord on A sunday which is the first day of the week. Are we not acting contrary to what God commanded us to do. This is according to Exodus 20
